  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
  • Oversee inventory management, controlling stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant premises.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, fast food packing, grocery handling, retail operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
