Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop training programs for various stakeholders, including project teams, government officials, and community leaders.
- Conduct capacity building workshops on epidemiology, project management, governance, marketing, administration, and change management.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality trainings that meet specific needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide technical support to clients during implementation phases of projects.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of epidemiology principles and practices.
- Proven track record in developing effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage participants effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
