Voice Process Executive

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer requests, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to handle complex queries effectively.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi language is mandatory; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday (with Sunday off).
  • Basic computer literacy required for data entry tasks related to chat processes.
