Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for Associates who are driven, self-motivated, and highly passionate about working in the Ed-tech space while impacting careers via quality education & expert mentorship. You’ll be providing comprehensive support to the students after having a thorough understanding of their needs. You’ll work closely with top school graduates establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. What will you do:

  • You are the voice of the company to our customers you care about making every interaction meaningful and memorable.
  • You act as the liaison between customers and product by ensuring that each lead converts into a confirmed booking.
  • You work with customers and create delightful interactions at all stages of the customer life-cycle.
  • Empathise with every aspect of the customer experience, putting their needs first.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via emails, phone, texts and in-person meetings.
  • Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions to enhance our SLAs.
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Help drive customer references and testimonials.

What will you need:

  • Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management.
  • 1+ years of experience with knowledge of the overseas education space.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and short TATs (turnaround times).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving- good aptitude and stakeholder management skills.
  • Quick learning – ability to learn business & processes.
  • Creative bent of mind.
