Job description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated M365 Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M365, AWS and Azure and be capable of working collaboratively to provide innovative cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Medium to Large Migrations over M365
- Good Understanding on different types of Migration (Cutover, Hybrid, etc.).
- Experience with and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP)
- Experience of e-mail migration from Lotus Notes, Google Workspace & Rediff etc.
- Post-Migration administration/operations support
Exchange/Messaging: Exchange Hybrid, Tenant-to-Tenant and 3rd party migrations, Mail flow, Email filtering, Mail flow, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP relay, Connectors, Archiving, Litigation hold, retention policies, Public DNS, BitTitan tool, Apps4pro tool, Native tools.
MS Teams: Teams migration, Teams admin center management and policies configuration, understanding of direct routing.
Microsoft Security: AIP, MIP, MFA, Microsoft Defender, DLP, Classification, Azure Labels, Information protection and classification.
Azure AD: Conditional Access Policies, Identity and access management, RBAC roles, Access package and review, Azure AD P1/P2.
Azure AD Connect: Pass-Through Authentication, Password Hash Authentication, Configure Azure AD Connect, Staging server, resolve any sync issues.
Active Directory: Merger and Acquisition. FSMO roles, understanding of Forest, Domain, AD sites, Domain Controller, OU, Group Policies, DNS management, DHCP, APIPA.
