Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and international processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and escalate critical cases to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures for customer support operations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to international processes and customer service.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with international processes, including international chat process, non voice process, email support, technical support, and customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for customer support operations.
