Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support through chat and voice channels.
- Manage customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Job Requirements :
- Proficient in using chat process, CSR, helpdesk, query management, customer care, customer service, voice support, international voice, outbound, inbound, voice process, and customer support tools.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
