Operation Theatre Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist doctors during surgeries and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient care and communicate findings to relevant parties.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and overall operational performance.

Job Requirements :

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of GNM, ICU, NICU, PICU, Labour Room, Midwifery, Emergency, Patient Care, Nursing, Medical, Hospital, Room skills necessary.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and training programs.
