Head Fashion Designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative designs for kids’ wear, woven & knits garments, including prints and embellishments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product lines that meet market demands.
• Conduct trend research and analyze consumer behavior to inform design decisions.
• Manage timelines from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements :

• Strong skills in Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, graphic designing, sketching, illustration, presentation skills.
• Experience in product development, print development (digital & screen printing), print design.
