Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger postings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts by providing historical data analysis and market research insights.
- Review general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Support finance team with ad-hoc projects related to FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis).
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning concepts.
- Proficiency in GL Accounting software such as [insert specific system names].
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
