Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the form of advertising and sponsorships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and present engaging sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to advise clients effectively.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximize profits for the organization.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the advertising process.
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track progress and manage client interactions effectively.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new revenue opportunities.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in media sales, advertising, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
