Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee onboarding process, including joining formalities and induction program.
  • Assist in corporate HR activities such as policy implementation, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct primary research to gather data for various HR projects related to employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Provide support in handling employee grievances and ensuring effective communication between employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving employee retention rates through regular feedback sessions.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different levels within an organization.
