Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee onboarding process, including joining formalities and induction program.
- Assist in corporate HR activities such as policy implementation, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct primary research to gather data for various HR projects related to employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Provide support in handling employee grievances and ensuring effective communication between employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving employee retention rates through regular feedback sessions.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different levels within an organization.
