Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues and concerns.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing product-related queries and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
  • Process customer requests for returns, exchanges, repairs, and other services related to products.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English language (written & spoken) is essential.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
