Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support through chat and voice channels.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements :

  • Proficient in using chat process, CSR, helpdesk, query management, customer care, customer service, voice support, international voice, outbound, inbound, voice process, and customer support tools.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
