Cloud Support Engineer (Siemens)

• Providesupport and incident response as part of a 24×7 Operations Center in support ofa Cloud Operations team.
• Supportincident management processes for cloud services.
• Alertconfiguration and monitoring of Siemens cloud services and data centers.
• Configuremaintain the cloud-based alert systems and document handling procedures.
• Evaluateactive tickets, prioritizing workload, and monitoring queue health.
• Handlecomplex severity incidents according to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Resolveescalated technical application and infrastructure incidents end to end per SLA.
• Identifyissues/incidents and reach out to the respective escalation points in a timely mannerfor issue resolution.
• Leverageinternal technical expertise and other internal tools to provide effective solutionsto identified issues.
• Ensureservices are run effectively and in compliance with pre-defined parameters, ensuringmitigation of risks and impact on business activities.
• Flexiblewith schedule changes to meet business needs .

• Min.Qualification: B .E/B.TECH degree inCS/IT
• Experience: 3-5 yrs. of experience

Must Have

• MicrosoftAzure Certification.
• Goodknow how on Azure Services Like App Service, Application Gateway, Blob Storage.
• Goodknow how on Azure Virtual Networks and Policies
• Goodknowledge in Azure architectures, operations, and implementations.
• Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibleto work in any shifts.
• Customeroriented attitude with professionalism.
• Strongmultitasking, time management and attention to detail.

Desirable / Good to Have:

• AzureDeveloper or Azure for SAP Certification.
