Role & responsibilities
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via calls and chat
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and sharable experience

- Must be fluent in English and Hindi

- Must be comfortable working from office
