Role & responsibilities

  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
  • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via calls and chat
  • Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and sharable experience

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Undergraduate/Graduates are eligible
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi
  • Must have positive thought process
  • Must be comfortable working from office
