Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry operations with high accuracy and efficiency using MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Operate computer systems, including typing documents and reports into databases or spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and other relevant data.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues related to data discrepancies or errors.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
