- Conduct market research and trend analysis.
- Create sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams.
- Select fabrics, trims, and materials based on quality, cost, and availability.
- Oversee the design process, meeting deadlines.
- Participate in fittings and make garment adjustments.
- Provide clear instructions for production teams.
- Ensure adherence to design standards and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, etc.).
