Job description
- Design Development:
- Create and develop innovative fashion designs aligned with current trends and brand identity.
- Sketch designs, select fabrics, and create detailed tech packs.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive seasonal collections.
- Sample Coordination:
- Manage the sample development process from concept to final product.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and quality.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect samples for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Provide feedback and ensure corrections are made promptly.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Incorporate market insights into the design process.
