Role & responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Managing incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Scheduling appointments for astrological readings and consultations.
  • Coordinating with astrologers to ensure timely and accurate client appointments.
  • Handling payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics of the reception area.
  • Providing information about our astrology services, packages, and workshops.
  • Addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively and empathetically.
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and client communications.
  • Training and supervising front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role, preferably in a customer-facing role within an astrology firm, spiritual center, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge and interest in astrology or metaphysical sciences is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
