Role & responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Managing incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Scheduling appointments for astrological readings and consultations.
- Coordinating with astrologers to ensure timely and accurate client appointments.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics of the reception area.
- Providing information about our astrology services, packages, and workshops.
- Addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively and empathetically.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and client communications.
- Training and supervising front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role, preferably in a customer-facing role within an astrology firm, spiritual center, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite.
- Knowledge and interest in astrology or metaphysical sciences is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
