Hiring For Customer Service Role

NOTE:

• Work from Home
• No. of days working -6 days (Rotational off)
• Location – Remote
• 6 months Contractual role (Can be onboarded for the permanent role on the basis of the performance)
• Stipend- 10k + upto 6k (Incentives)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take calls from recruiters & jobseekers and do outbound calling on feedback received
• To build knowledge-based relationship with recruiters and understand nitty-gritty of clients.
• Identifying jobseekers & recruiters query and provide solutions
• Reach out to new recruiters and explain to them the benefits of Job Hai and help them in posting new jobs on the platform.
