Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration.
- Partner with business leaders to develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.
- Design and implement effective reward systems (bonus/incentive plans) to drive business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of total rewards philosophy including compensation & benefits administration.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization.
