Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
– Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and content marketing

Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and content marketing
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
– Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
– Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools
– Experience in the outdoor industry is a plus
