Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the form of advertising and sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and present engaging sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to advise clients effectively.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximize profits for the organization.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of advertising campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the advertising process.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track progress and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new revenue opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in media sales, advertising, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Sound understanding of media platforms and advertising solutions.
