Engagement & Project Overview

The EHR project aims to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive electronic health records system that integrates patient data across healthcare providers. This system will enhance patient care by ensuring accurate, real-time access to medical histories, treatments, and diagnostics. The project encompasses requirements analysis, system architecture design, data migration, user training, and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure data privacy and security.

Primary Responsibilities

• Data Extraction: Retrieve patient data from the existing EHR system.
• Data Verification: Verify patient data to the new EHR system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Data transfer: Import the verified data into the new EHR system, maintaining data integrity and compliance throughout the process.

Must Have Skills

• Medical Coding Proficiency: Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems to accurately code diagnoses and procedures.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing and interpreting medical records to ensure precise coding and billing.
• Knowledge of EHR Systems: Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to navigate and extract relevant data efficiently.
