Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist doctors during surgeries and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient care and communicate findings to relevant parties.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and overall operational performance.
Job Requirements :
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong knowledge of GNM, ICU, NICU, PICU, Labour Room, Midwifery, Emergency, Patient Care, Nursing, Medical, Hospital, Room skills necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and training programs.
