Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing ophthalmic surgeries, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Collaborate with eye specialists, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs during surgery.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including medical histories, test results, and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of ICN (International Council of Nurses) standards and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in leadership skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
