  • Customer Support Associate – 6 month Contractual Job
  • Job Profile-
  • Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Calling support
  • Mandatory Criteria-
  • Minimum HS pass and Freshers can apply
  • Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
  • Should not have applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 months
  • Customer orientation
  • Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
  • No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
  • 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
  • System configuration
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • 8GB RAM
  • Must have own Broadband/WIFI
  • Processor I5 & above
  • Power backup
  • Noise cancellation USB headset
  • Interview Rounds-
  • HR round – General check. – Video Call
  • Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 85% accuracy (2 Min)
  • Operations round(System Check)
  • PMAPS Test
  • Versant 4 has to be cleared to proceed with further rounds of interview
  • ECHO Assessment (Voice Interview) Video Call

Salary For Fresher- 13,500 Inhand
