Telecom Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment, including supply chain and technical analysis.
• Conduct core banking transactions related to orders, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly through effective communication skills.
• Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of order management, order processing, order taking, supply chain, team handling, and technical analysis.
• Proficiency in core banking systems and ability to manage financial transactions accurately.
